Just wanted to say that Monday night was my first class using the wiki. It went over very well. I'm teaching adults of various ages - most of which had never used a wiki. It was SO nice to be able to say "No handouts guys, it's all online!" "Don't have to take notes, it's all online". "Can't remember something we went over in class? Don't worry about it, it's all online". They've been logging in and referring back to it this week. Not adding anything yet, but that will come next Monday night.

Students should cite anything that is not their own work. That means any information, pictures, music, etc. that they have borrowed under fair use guidelines. Our school system uses www.ncwiseowl.com as the website of choice for directing students on how to cite works and copyright. When you login, you choose your grade level and are directed to a menu of items such as Citation Maker and Copyright.

I have created my video in Jing which saved it as Flash. I posted it on screencast.com and copied the html code for my wiki page. I paste the code in the wiki page and nothing happens. It's like it is trying to load something, but just keeps spinning. I noticed that your Jing video is still in Flash format. I assume you must have loaded it up to your wiki and then posted it. However, mine is 10MB and I don't have room to store it. Am I going to have to convert it before it will work?

Thanks Kristine! I wasn't able to get in over the weekend, but did get in today and do the assignments. Looking forward to learning all about PBWiki and will begin using my wiki page in the middle of August when my classes start.
