rmatei asked a question in Fluid on March 10, 2009 00:05:
System resources used by multiple Fluid apps vs. single browserI'm curious whether having multiple independent processes for all these web apps uses more resources than having them open in browser windows in Safari or Firefox. I would love to have all my common websites running as Fluid apps instead of in my browser, but I would definitely do it more conservatively if it used more resources, from not sharing components in memory between the different apps or whatever.
Is this the case?

Error loading data for longer timespansI can never get any graph to load for ranges longer than 24 hours. After thinking for a while it gives me 'error loading data'.
This is pretty annoying considering data retention is one of the main reasons I have a paid account. What's going on?-

rmatei asked a question in New Relic on December 29, 2008 23:18:
Diagnosing high CPU useI'm trying to figure out how I can use New Relic to understand where my CPU use is coming from.
The time consumption page says it can be used for that, however my wall clock time is consumed overwhelmingly by external API calls and database calls (to a DB on a different machine). Correct me if I'm wrong, but time spent waiting for either of those shouldn't be affecting CPU use on my app servers, right?
In that case, is there a useful metric to use?

Developer mode losing samplesAfter I load a page in my dev app I can pull up RPM developer mode and see the pageload. I can even click on it, but if I go to the details view and click SQL, it says:
"No sample found with this id. Did you restart your application?"
What's going on here?
rmatei asked a question in New Relic on December 08, 2008 13:44:
Possible to have one paid host and one free host?I have one host on bronze. I wanna move my main site and subscription to a new host, but I'd like to keep a hobby project going on the first host. Can I just keep an unpaid account going on that one?
I'm not gonna pay a subscription on that one, do I have to cancel my subscription altogether to be able to see multiple hosts? Because that'd be silly.
