You can change your email address and other personal settings on the web. Please log in to your reQall account http://www.reqall.com/webnew/userprofile and go to Settings then click on My Profile, to change your personal settings.

There are several things that could cause an item not to show on the Later list.
- If you start an item with "Note" or "Buy" reQall will put it on the Notes or Shopping List, instead of the To-Do list.
- If an item is marked as complete and you have set reQall to hide completed items, then the item won't show on the Later list.
If none of these apply to your item, please email your account details and the text of your item to support@reqall.com and we'll take a look at it.

With your permission we can take a look at the item in your account. Please email rminocha@reqall.com with the user name for your account and your permission, if you would like us to do that.
OR
You could also just send the content of your item to rminocha@reqall.com. Any extra information will be useful, like, the Due date/time on the item and the Added date as shown in History.

Could it be possible that this item is under the "Later" category in To-Dos? That's one reason it will not show up on the iPhone app. It should show up under "Later" on the web though. Items which are due beyond 7 days are put under the "Later" category.
Could you also uncheck the "Hide Completed" box (on the web) and see if you can find your item in the To-Dos, on the web? The iPhone app does not show completed items.
Please let us know if your item still does not show up correctly.

One possible cause of this is running out of memory. It could happen on iPod Touch if you were playing music while using the app. Since you have experienced this problem on an iPhone, we are curious to find out what else might be going on the device when you saw this problem. If you could please let us know that would help us understand the issue better.

Can we please ask you for a screenshot so we can better diagnose the problem?
Please take the screenshot of the problem screen while the recording is in progress.
To take the screenshot, press and release the Lock Sleep/Wake button while holding the Home button. Your screen will flash letting you know that the screenshot was taken. You will find this screenshot as the most recent picture in your Photos library. Please email it to us at support@reqall.com.

I am sorry that you are having problem with recording on iPhone. Do you see this problem occasionally or this has always been an issue? If this happens again could you please try and power off the iPhone and then power it back on and see if the "stop recording" button starts working?
Please let us know how that goes. These inputs do help us get to the bottom of the issue.

Regarding the scrambled web page on IE 8, we are working on fixing it. Thanks for your patience.
Regarding the message on iPhone, please make sure that your user name and password is entered correctly on the iPhone app. It's possible that incorrect login information is preventing the contact with the server.
