I am aware of that option, which is great, but what I need is to download notes I've made, on demand. At issue is that for a period of time I turned off email notifications and now I have no way to retrieve the original recording for local archiving. – mmb, on October 10, 2008 17:48

I don't know how possible this is, but I would rather press a letter (or combination of) from the home screen than take up one of my precious side convenience keys (essential to easily switch apps and manage connections).
Another option would be like the google talk app icon, which pops up extra, useful menu entries when the bb button is pressed. So for reQall, useful menu additions would be New by Voice, New by Text, and Jog Memory Now.

I just sent you a snapshot of the reQall cookies. Then I deleted them, restarted Firefox and the reQall add-on now works fine, at least for now, so I consider this fixed, thanks. – webzilla, on October 08, 2008 14:10

You can choose to receive your audio transcripts via email by customizing your Notification Settings on www.reqall.com. Does that sound like something you were looking for?
Regarding ability to tag/categorize items, I've added your vote to this feature request.
Thanks for sharing your ideas.

My MacBook Pro is running ver 10.5.5. I don't think it's a Firefox add-on conflict, I disabled all, then enabled the reQall add-on, situation's the same. Possibly it's the new Firefox release?

I am assuming that you are getting meeting requests from Google calendar and reQall reminders about the same meeting.
1. You can choose not to receive reQall reminders for an item. Please log in to your account on www.reqall.com and click on the item for which you want to turn off the reminder. You will see the Item Detail screen. Click on the Due box and uncheck the reminder box.
2. You can also turn off all email reminders. For that please log in to your account on www.reqall.com and go to Notification under Settings. Here you can check off the email reminders.
It's also possible that you are receiving Memory Jogs about some of the meetings. You can customize you Memory Jog settings from Notification under Settings.
You can also check to see if you have marked the items as completed or not. On the web, it can be done by clicking on the "check" icon on the left of the item. That's probably the reason that you are receiving reminders about "old" meetings.
