Some info about IsItRails:
We analyze http headers, default files/locations, cookie names and more. Points just say how sure we are about it. It does not rate quality or other things regarding the application.
As until today (June 19, 2009) the highest "false positive" rating was 105pts but in general everything above 100 looks like rails and above 150 is quite sure a rails app.
Please note: Someone still can imtate those rails conventions we test for to fake a result/rating.

rmoriz replied on June 18, 2009 08:09 to the question "Older Sites" in Is it Rails?:
We're publishing processed sites on twitter, check @IsItRails.
I'm not sure if we should release a complete list e.g. think of DoS or other attacks that might target Ruby on Rails apps. A black hat could easly abuse such a list for his purposes.
I can imagine to build a showcase including some sites, with background information et cetera. This of course needs site owners that are willing to cooperate and provide information about their sites.
If you would like to participate, let me know! :-)

murder for hire => offer sum for attackinglike mobwars/facebook does it:
offer #$ to everyone who can assasinate someone e.g. is stronger than you.
allows you to waste your money ;-)
