I am having the same problem consistently with business clients in ver 2. I actually sat on the phone while a client put his email address in and waited for 10 minutes with a response and then had to add a personal email in order to make this work. I get this report back all the time. Again this morning at another meeting, same story to hard to get in. Hey folks what is going on. this effects my business directly. This creates great uncertainty about your product. If people have a bad experience first up then you big trouble.

We screwed up pretty bad on this - in conjunction with the work that we're doing to try and simplify our login system, for a period of an hour or two this morning it looks like people who hadn't logged in in a while (or who had never logged in) were unable to get in. Our internal testing didn't catch this because they're run regularly. We're putting in place controls to make sure this doesn't happen again.
To summarize: issue fixed, we are very sorry.

I jumped ship.
After several attempts with many frustrated students, we all jumped ship and set up accounts with Wetpaint ( http://www.wetpaint.com/ ) who also offer educational accounts. Don't know why PB wiki would blow things up like this without warning or testing. Too bad, we really liked PB wiki.
