Refund -- Credit AccountREFUND -- CREDIT ACCOUNT
Please refund my drop.io subscription ($30.00). I just signed up and attempted to upload a Windows Media file (1.7MB). When I attempt to upload the .wmv, I receive an error message, "Cannot Convert."
