Hmm, upon my revisit of my account I noticed that the user does not show up anymore in my following and followers (not sure what changed). However the total number still hasn't taken in account for the removal of the user.

Are we dealing with some type of lag time with twitter or what?

Unable to remove following user (BamaJam2009)
and unable to block user (BamaJam2009)

Twitter's function of removing/blocking will prompt successful action message yet nothing has changed - User remains. Attempted refreshing cache, alternative browsers, different times of the day with no success.
