Here are the wierd characters. They text disappears completely sometimes and comes back. Right now I see nothing at all!

I thought I should mention I read the user manual before I posted the question. It says that each view in the Calendar has its own settings, So week format is expected to be different than Day. It just doesn't make sense that Show Notes is disabled for the Day View. The User manual

Character set is wrong while typing a post

When I type in anything to Report a problem the text displayed shows wierd characters the font is those with accents and double dots above the letters. I use the latestest version of Firefox. When the problem gets posted the correct letters appear, just not when typing them.

I go to Calendar week and turn off the Show Notes in Event Format. But then go to Calendar Day (Where Event Format is disabled) and the notes reappear. I go back to Week and the notes are still gone so the Week stettings DO NOT carry over to the Day view.

I do not want the Notes to print when I print a calendar for a Day. Event Format is not allowed even though I am in the calendar application!

Checking for Location conflicts when entering series events

Is there a way to check for conflicts in locations? I'd like to see if a room is already in use when I book an event.. Single events are not a problem but when I do a long series, manually checking is tedious.
