Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, my trial period just ended, so I can't check out the Smart Menu without ponying up the big $$. Grrrr.
My company and I will have to step back and think about this now, and check out some alternatives, I guess.

Actually, this only sort of answers the question. I'd like to keep the transport controls, but not the email, embed, and get link buttons. Doesn't turning off the control bar kill the transport buttons, too? – robbyb, on January 21, 2009 14:19
