You are correct and I was out of line. I just had a death in the family and I was taking it out on everyone around me. I wish to apologize and hope you will forgive me. I'm guessing that you fixed the problem because I was able to log-on and change my email address. My gmail address was being heavily spamed so I opened a new account with them and the spam followed, so I deleted the account completely and no longer have an account with Google. I had an account with faves for close to a year. I understand that this is a free program, but why have people go to all this effort if you are not going to even try and answer the question? It says two employees are listening and participating.
