If we are paying EXTRA for your service, why should we be forced to help you with your "viral marketing"? Issuu is an impressive tool, but I'm not going to pay to market your service.

Please listen to the overwhelming demand by YOUR customers and give us what we want. We will gladly pay for your pro version then. If 1,000 people upgraded to Pro that would be an additional $19,000 a month in your pocket. Seems a lot better than $0.

Can we please have a link with option to download publication directly on the embedded code for our websites? This would save people from having to go to the full issuu site and download it and for those who want to read the item later.

I, and many ISSUU members will NOT upgrade to the Pro version until serious changes are made and more value is added. Right now, as things stand...why pay for something when the free version is that good? There is not enough of a difference and value in the pro version. A fully private label version with more user options would be worth the upgrade and monthly fee. Until then, the free version is good enough and does the job!

Why can't you just make the "related documents" ones from the users own account and NOT from all over ISSUU? That would easily solve the problem. Seems like a simple coding fix with option box.

This isn't just a problem for resellers, but for private users as well. I run a private membership site and use Issuu to put our PDF files up on the web so that they can't be downloaded or abused by our members. I don't want my competitors in the market to copy our technology and website. Using ISSUU as a private label partner, gives us the extra wow factor in presentation and we don't want other people to copy or mimic us. We would like the option to remove this watermark. Many of the video sharing sites like Vimeo and Viddler offer premium video hosting and do not have their name all over their "white label" product. Please give us this option. Many thanks!

If there is still ISSUU branding present on the viewer, it CAN NOT be considered "private label" and ISSUU should remove that description from their advertisements because it is misleading. If you are paying extra for the priviledge of private label we should get private label. I do not want my clients to undercut me or go direct and put me out of business. Please STRONGLY consider this request. Otherwise the value of paying for your service is mute.

Everyone who is interested in a page turn sound, please click on the BIG YELLOW "I Like This Idea" button. This seems like a simple thing to add, which would have tremendous value to the user experience. We would like to be able to select "turn page sound on" in the file upload section. The user when viewing the book, can hover over the speaker icon and mute it if they choose. That way the people who want the sound get it, and those that don't can mute it. Please everyone click on that yellow button and let Issuu know we want this option. Thank you.

I think if you would allow the option to do have this would be great! Also, to allow the reader the option to turn off the sound as well. What a simple feature to add that will add a lot of value to the user experience. It makes virtual books seem so much more real!!!

If we are paying for the Pro service, I would expect full private labeling of the viewer. I wouldn't want my competitors to see what software I am using and if we are paying for this, we should have the option to remove it. Please allow this as many people have this same concern. Thanks.

Is anyone going to answer this? Seems like an important question as it affects the uploading of all documents. I am considering Issuu Pro but with lack of a fix to this problem, I may have to reconsider. Also, it would be nice to have a bit faster turnaround for customer service, especially if I am paying for the Pro service. Can you assure us that Pro service customers will get a dedicated customer service team?

Hi, I unlocked the file for you. I also downloaded it and all the images are still there. It has something to do with the conversion process on ISSUU. The pdf file is a public domain google book I uploaded as a test. As you flip through the book, you will notice that images do not appear on ISSUU. I am very concerned about this glitch and the ISSUU service, as I am considering the pro service. Please help or fix. Many thanks!

I uploaded a pdf file and some of the images on the page are not showing up after being converted. I am thinking about using the pro version of issuu, but with technical problems like these, I am cautious. Please help
