Ten days ago, for some reason my password didn't work. I requested a password reset link, but nothing. requested over 20 times still nothing. I finally got a form letter email saying to request a link!!! what? How do I get a link sent to me?

I'm having this problem too. I have gotten only two stupid form letters, but no password reset link. Why I even need a n ew password is beyond me, since I never changed it.

I have the same problem, but need to use my name, not a new one. Don't they have a phone support?
