same problem in tuscaloosa, AL. comcast takes over and no other choices of ISP's are available...the modem works perfectly but the cable to the modem works maybe for 3 hours a day. No wireless routers work with any comcast modems. I feel like im the only one with this problem. Maybe its my computer but I highly doubt it.
