A comment on the problem "CounterSpy scan causes dreaded blue screen stop error!" in Sunbelt Software:
Hi Peter, I am not running any other spyware programs. I did, however, shut off my virus protection and tried a manual scan with the same result, a blue screen stop error. This problem has only begun happening in the last few weeks. The only changes to the system are a new power supply and a new graphics card by nvidia. Strangely, the same thing occasionally happens while surfing the internet. Thanks for your help. – Robert, on December 14, 2008 13:02

Firewall was not free!!I am getting the "you are using the free version" message, yet I purchased in May and have a valid license key. This started a day or two ago. I am blocked from certain configuration options.

TR333-9KRX7-NK33X-6K8RD-8F3EEI recently added a new hard drive, and am unable to run counterspy as it causes the system to freeze. I have attempted it twice with no luck. Counterspy ran great on the old drive. All the rest of my software and setup is the same as before. Can you help?
