But first, please try re-installing the latest version of the toolbar, in case it was a temporary problem.

I get the same message. I tried re-installing Fire Fox from their site and I am running windows xp. I used to be able to download add ons but not any more. – Robert Scrivens, on June 19, 2009 09:37
