From our authorize.net records we were unable to process the credit card as Authorize.net was unable to find address information. We are finding this to be an ongoing issue with our non-US customers. We will look into supporting an alternative method of payment (Paypal or something else) to resolve these issues.
None of your credit cards has been charged.
I have found your customer record and extended your trial by two months so you should be good to go. If you can please let us know that you are back in I'd appreciate it.

I'm sorry that you are having these issues. I responded to your other two tickets and will respond the same on this one. We are working to resolve these issues as I type this. I will check our records and refund any duplicate charges immediately.
As we work out these billing issues I would like to give you a two month credit on your account. If you can provide me with your subdomain then I can make that effective immediately.
Again, I apologize for these billing issues. We are working hard to straighten them out.

My apologies for these issues, and thank you for wanting to become a paying customer.
We're in the process of updating our billing system as there are issues with it, as you have found. If you can provide me your subdomain then I can issue you a credit of 2 months which should be (more than) sufficient time for us to work out these issues.
