Good points Joe. As for handling bugs, we don't typically keep those as separate items as they are work to be done as are features. All of that goes into the backlog and is prioritized by the Product Owner. We've been labeling stories "BUG: Add name here" to show what is a bug and what isn't. When we add tagging to stories that can be another way to show what's a bug and what isn't.
As for showing required fields, that is definitely something we'll work on.
Thank you for the feedback.

You don't come across as a know-it-all and I greatly appreciate the information on how we can help make scrum'd better and easier to use. That's why we have the site here. Thanks Aldo. – Robert Dempsey, on November 18, 2009 03:25

We are in dire need of updating our tour videos which used to help. For a walk through of the dev cycle, would video work better or text? We can definitely make this happen sooner rather than later. Thanks Aldo. – Robert Dempsey, on November 18, 2009 03:10

That's a bit ugly. What browser and OS are you using? Thanks Aldo. – Robert Dempsey, on November 17, 2009 23:54
A comment on the idea "Use TripIt information to create a new expense" in Atlantic Dominion Solutions:
Hi Michael,
Thank you for all of your feedback here and for your other posts (marking expenses completed, errors, etc). We will be using it to make Expens'd a more usable application for TripIt users and should be getting some time in the near future to work out these issues. – Robert Dempsey, on November 17, 2009 11:01

That makes sense. So what I am thinking is that the definition of an "active" project could be a project that has an in-progress sprint. Right now "active" projects mean open projects. Closed projects I believe (I'll check with Justin) don't count against your total project count, however they are then read-only. So we would need a project type that is open but w/out active sprints.

Hey Patrick,
Thanks for the feedback. Essentially what you are describing, if I understand it correctly, is to have a project that you can feed everything into but isn't in an "active" state, but can still be edited.
Let me talk with Justin about how we can handle this and get back to you.
Thanks for the idea.
