Problems with date formatting and timezones

I'd like to report 2 issues:

1. Even if I set my blog's time zone correctly in the settings page (am using wordpress), and although the comments are showing the correct local time from within the disqus admin screens, on the blog posts themsleves they are for some reason showing that they were left 5 hours earlier than they actually were (when display seetings are set to absolute - relative is fine). We're on UTC +0.

2. On top of the above, when display settings are set to absolute, dates are sown in American format - i.e. MM/DD/YYYY rather than European format - DD/MM/YYY - it would be good to have the option of either or to have something understandable to both - i.e. 23rd December 2008 - the American format is very confusing to the rest of the world!!!

Can you let me know when these issues will be fixed? I have to say they're both dealbreakers - if they aren't fixed soon we'll stop using Disqus!

We're using our wiki to store sensitive information, and I notice it's possible to access our wiki via https, rather than http (we're on a paid business plan) - is there any way to force users to access via https rather than http?

Moving the sidebar above the "In Folder" block

When you have loads of pages in a folder, the sidebar disappears off the bottom of the page - it would be great if the sidebar was displayed just underneath the search box and therefore above the "In Folder" block so this didn't happen and was in a consistent place when navigating between pages
