I unfollowed some spammers and followed 350 of my followers. Next day, I got suspended. very rough. I hope to get my twitter account back

I got suspended, submitted a request and got this reply after 2 days.

My account was suspended for no reason and it is still suspended however they closed the existing request.

I am a social media lecturer and consultant, and randomly suspending accounts will only lead to bad feedbacks. They should understand this, and I hope the problems will get resolved soon.

www.twitter.com/robin_low my account is suspended for a few days now, and what's worse, I'm a lecturer teaching social media and I'm promoting the use of twitter, but my account was suspended.

I've submitted 2 requests and 1 email so far, but they simply close the requests and send me a bunch of links which did not help, my account @robin_low is still suspended.

My account robin_low was suspended too, and I'm a consultant and lecturer of social media
