OAuth is the bot equivalent of OpenID. Let's hope it gets more traction. As for identi.ca you can have loging with both OpenID and username/password.

It's my biggest social network. You could map #hashtags to delicious tags, limit yourself to 1000 characters (new limit) and pull the title automatically from the URL.
