Some of my listeners have had success with upgrading to the latest version of Flash to correct this issue, but for some, the problem still persists anyway. It's really frustrating when about half your participants give up and leave because their browser keeps crashing. Happens during my show every week.

Yeah, I do a show every week and without fail there are people who give up and leave because their browsers are crashing, mostly Firefox. Chrome users report crashes, too, due to Shockwave closing when they visit Talkshoe. I really hope this issue can be resolved because I loose listeners every week because of it.-

I guess the issue is that I created my account using openID, so no, I don't have a password for Intense Debate. Could you delete my account so I can recreate it by registering for your site? – rockinyp, on March 28, 2009 14:54
rockinyp reported a problem in IntenseDebate on March 26, 2009 20:28:
Installed the WP plugin, but Intense Debate is not displaying on my blogI created an Intense Debate account by logging in with openID and then followed the directions to install the WordPress plugin on my blog. After activating the plugin, I went to the settings page, which asked me to login to Intense Debate. It wouldn't take my openID login info, so I used my username and passkey instead, which seemed to work. The plugin seemed to go through the setup steps successfully. Now there are a bunch of links that say "Edit your blog settings on IntenseDebate.com" and such, but whenever I click them it says "Invalid Account" or "Error. You must specify an account/blog to view this page." My Intense Debate dashboard also says, "You have not installed Intense Debate on any blogs yet." My original WP commenting system is still in place on my site, too. No Intense Debate there. Not sure what the deal is.
My Intense Debate username is: rockinyp
My blog URL is: http://timschmoyer.com
I'm using WP 2.7.1 and Intense Debate plugin version 2.0.18.
Oh, and when I click on "Comments" in the WP Admin area, I get this error: "Cannot load intensedebate.php"
Also, the notification won't go away in the WP Admin area: "The IntenseDebate plugin is enabled but you need to adjust your settings" even though I already have.
Any help, please?-

A comment on the question "Branding a call and integrating it into a company website" in TalkShoe:
Thanks for the reply, Josh. Do you know if this will be available anytime soon? I represent an internationally read magazine and corresponding website. Talkshoe's technology is perfect for what we need, but we need to have it integrated into our site, not confuse tech noobs by sending them elsewhere. Will embed codes or anything become available soon? – rockinyp, on July 29, 2008 04:51
rockinyp asked a question in TalkShoe on July 25, 2008 16:47:
Branding a call and integrating it into a company websiteI'm interested in using Talkshoe in place of my weekly Skypecasts. Is it possible to use our own branding for a call and seemlessly integrate it into a company website or must it all be done through Talkshoe.com?
