Hello I wrote up a letter and got an "error processing payment message". But then I checked my credit card and noticed the payment went through. Will the letter get sent?

I would like the ordering to be more streamlined. As it is now, you gotta have an account with MagCloud to order. My magazine fans are a lazy bunch and would rather just pull in a credit card or paypal and be done with it! So far I gotta say this is one of the best services I have used on the internet. Thanks!

Hey my credit card got charge twice for one order and the form on the main site threw me an error when I was attempting to communicate through it. What is my best possible route for getting this fixed.

Thank you very much, I was "tidying" up the document and deleted the empty rectangle in the master Pages, that gave it the final size of 8.5x11"! I left the document the same size and in the Document Properties, set the bleeds to .125" top+bottom and .5" on the outside.

Feeling silly, but "getting it" now.

I have checked that setting when outputting my PDF, but the error on upload remains. My magazine has no bleeds which I suppose, is the annoying part.

I am receiving a "wrong size" error, or "bleed" error, but alas I have no bleeds and used the provided template, any hints?
