Drat! Aircraft Owners are not linking to Pilot Profiles from the Aircraft profile page.

It suggests that it could be the wronge email and password, but after 3 tries, I'm sure it's not



The login asks for no less than 5 custom questions... which I'm betting is the reason it's borked.

Just to follow up on this... we have categories for groups, and it seems to have helped out quite a bit.

Well, it seems the occasional-it-only affects some people image upload bug is still around after all.

Great minds. Great minds.

The big upgrade that we're working on includes a java photo uploader. We hope this will resolve the image upload bug that has been annoying some people.

We're thinking about this one...

We're noodling the problem a couple of ways...

1. We can allow you to expose you myT profile to the world as an option. (You're right, we disabled this option during the beta.)

2. We were thinking of a "public" profile, something that you could create that would be seperate from your standard profile which members can see. (i.e. something with limited information, that it would be ok for the search engines / potential employers to see)

Which would you rather see?

Right now it's just a hit counter... but I see how it makes sense to only show page views from other users.

The great thing about the beta, is that it's given us the chance to see how people want to use the site...

We're looking at several enhancements to groups... it's just that we've been focused on building out some other core functionality first.

You're right of course. I would say that I'm no quite happy with the way that that was implemented. If you don't select a service, and don't hit the save button in that page... then the "affiliation(s)" won't even appear on your profile...

...BUT if you DO hit "Save" then the first selection defaults...

So I moved "None" up to the top, so that people don't get drafted into the Air Force having never signed a contract. ;P

It's not ideal... but I think it addresses the issue you brought up.
