Roe's dashboard

I have had the same problem for TWO months and can not get a response from FB. My password was correct, but for some reason it was not working. Well, I reset it thinking I would just change it....never got the password reset e-mail from them, so now I can't use the old one and can not reset a new one. I have been trying to get this resolved for TWO MONTHS!!!! I would -e-mail them every day, went to their support site, called their corporate headquaters (who CLEARLY did not want to be bothered) got NOTHING!!! The corporate people gave me an address to use privacy@facebook.com
but I have e-mailed them at least 5 times and still have not received ANY reply. Sorry I could not be more help.....but maybe you can try the privacy e-mail since that is the one that Corp. gave me. Good luck!!!

BTW...I tried to explain to them that if I could not get into my account, that I would (and WILL) lose hudreds of dollars cause I can not log into my Zynga (Yoville) games with out my profile. I have put lots of money on my paypal account on those games and will lose it ALL! STILL no response!
