Happy to reply,
I'll update you about the fix ASAP.
also, as I said the blog is great, did you know we have an RSS feature that streams new images (by the minute!) to you without needing to search our site.
for example, check this RSS of all images related to madonna:
http://www.picapp.com/Feed/madonna.rss?cats=Editorial
this way you can have all celeb images arriving automatically to your computer the second they're taken with no effort.

Hi Bichareh,
Indeed it looks like your blog doesn't handle our js and doesn't display the ads.
Don't worry, keep your post up and running.
We'll take a look to check if this is a problem on our side or not and solve this on our side so you won't need to change anything.
I'll update you the second we understand the issue and about the fix.
BTW, nice blog!
Roi
Roi Gold replied on April 27, 2009 07:27 to the question "Images in blog? Even if it says Getty Images - All rights reserved" in PicApp:
Yes you can!
All images from PicApp are available to use, we took care of all rights and permissions issues. (BTW not only Getty images, we have tons of other images and contributors like Splash, ImageSource etc.)
You're also allowed to put any kind of ads on your web page regardless of PicApp images (adsense, yahoo etc.)
This is exactly our service - we take care of all of the licensing/permissions/advertisement issues, all you have to do is grab images for your blog....
Roi Gold replied on April 19, 2009 07:10 to the problem "Pictures slowing down Internet Explorer,Difficult to browse images." in PicApp:
hey CCC,
We have re-tested our site under all IE versions and didn't get any error messages, can you please tell us your settings (IE version, operating system windows/mac machine etc. ) so we can try re-create the exact scenario?
1. we have editorial images way longer than 1-2 years (back into the 90's....)
2. we currently don't have the events search feature but:
a. feel free to search specific events manually (e.g. "oscars").
b. follow our images tags/keywords in the image blow outs - they'll usually contain the event name and clicking on the keyword will open a new search page for this term.

Roi Gold replied on April 07, 2009 07:30 to the question "Picapp Plug-In created fatal error.. how do I fix it?" in PicApp:
Hey Brian,
Sorry about this,
The most important issue right now is getting your blog working again:
- Try to remove our plugin by accessing your blog code on the server via FTP.
- Then go to wp-content >> plugins
- You'll see all of your plugins there, delete our plugin folder.
that should eliminate our plugin and let you enter the blog again.
If you get any problems or not familiar with FTP, please contact me directly at discover@picapp.com, I'll be glad to call you and do the process with you or do my best to help you get your blog access back.
We've tested the plugin on all platforms and WP versions and didn't get this problem,
We're anxious to see if this is a glitch on our side or a problem on your installation.
to help us find out please send us details so we can re-create it (your WP version, browser and theme). We'll replicate the settings and test the plugin installtion to make sure we understand the issues.
don't hesitate to contract us,
PicApp team.
Roi Gold replied on February 12, 2009 08:13 to the question "Where's the Caption?" in PicApp:
Hey Anthony,
looks like our js is indeed getting broken on your post.
few things:
- MT has some known issues when pasting js code like our own script and switching from visual to HTML view in the editor, it can cause js to get damaged, please make sure you paste our script on the HTML view only and then publish the post.
- can you please send your exact HTML post code (go to your editor, switch to HTML view tab, copy all text) to our help@picapp.com mail.
we'll examine it and get to the bottom of the matter.
Roi
BTW, did you try our RSS feature? you can get real time updates of images per specific search term (e.g. check this redskins+football rss feed: http://www.picapp.com/Feed/redskins_football.rss?cats=Editorial)

LOL!
1. send it straight to us (discover@picapp.com), you can a. copy paste the HTML to the mail b. save it as txt file and attache it.
2. please update me about your new post, I want to make sure it's really a glitch.
Be strong!!
Roi Gold replied on February 04, 2009 12:38 to the question "Compatibility Problems with Internet Explorer" in PicApp:
OK, We've re-checked 2.7 and it seems to work on all browsers.
let's try 2 things:
1. pls send me the post HTML code (from your WP edit text area), we'll run it on our test blogs too to make sure.
2. pls try to publish the same post (on draft of course), pls try to publish again the image from our website, pls make sure that you check in the image align "left" radio button and than check the "Wrap text around the image" check box.
This should do the trick.
update me about your results!
Roi

Hey Chris,
First of all, definitely Bill Gates!!! (-:
the code seems right ("float: left" should work on all modern browsers).
We'll take a closer look with our QA team to check this out, can you
tell us please what blog platform you're using and what version?
I'll update you as soon as we figure this out.
thanks for your patience,
Roi

Roi Gold replied on January 11, 2009 14:49 to the question "Raw php code in Wordpress Admin" in PicApp:
Yikes!
That's clearly should'nt be happening....
We've tested the plugin on all WP version 2.3 and up to 2.7 and it worked fine.
1. We'll re-run the tests on 2.6.5 specifically to see if there's a bug.
2. There's a small (ah.. very small) chance the installation/activation process on your side was damaged, re-installing the plugin might solve th issue.
In any case we'll run the test and update you about the results.
Thanks for your patience!
