Hi, I have a M1330 Dell technicians has replaced 2 times the motherboard, 3 times the screen with refurbished parts. Now the screen is going PLAIN white as the first time. I think this is a " Lemon" computer it has been wrong since the beginning. What can I DO? I need a working computer I do not want more refurbish parts that work for weeks and then go bad again. Please advice. I been trying to get emails form Dell executives there are not listed anymore and the Support guys in India keep telling me that they will fix it but the problem keeps returning.
