ShadowSonic, when creating a bulletin, on the scheduling section their is a "more" option next to finish and cancel, the more section will show you how long the system determined it should display the bulletin but you are able to change the display or dwell time.-

The Carousel Server does include 1-channel of output to run digital signage. But the Carousel Server can only manage up to 3-channels of output, the one included in the server plus you can add up to 2 players (Player220, Player300R or LCD15) to display the 2nd and 3rd channel of output. In order to control more than 3-channels of output would require a Carousel Pro Server, which does not include a channel of display output, it is the administrator for all your players/channels.
If you displaying different content on the 8 LCD15's this would require a Pro Server. -
