Refresh (feed) button seems to be useless

Clicking on Refresh button for feed have no visible effect, also following to link from Refresh button code
a class="refresh_btn" href="#" onclick="new Ajax.Request('http://nameless.mp/service_subscriptions/21552/fetch', {asynchronous:true, evalScripts:true}); return false;">Refresh Service text.
Finally, feed not get updated for long time after clicking Refresh (several days), so button seems to not working
