We saw you download the app fine and login. I think this problem might have something to do with your network (APN) settings.

For security reasons could you please continue this conversation over email sent to support@xumii.com and include this information:

- Which carrier are you on?
- Which 3rd party connected apps are you using that work?

Go to Options, then choose TCP/IP.

What do you have listed for APN, Carrier, and username?

At this point you would get a number in a red circle at the top of your Xumii icon to show you the number of chats you've received on Xumii. The sound feature is a good suggestion which I'll pass on to my product and engineering team!

Surenda, the cost of a call from Xumii will cost the same as a normal phone call on your mobile phone. We don't charge you extra for any calls.

Nighthawk, we've just made an update and Xumii now supports the iPod 1st generation. You can try downloading again from the Apple iTunes store. Contact us if you have any problems.

To add your friends' as phone contacts, tap "Me," then at the bottom of the screen choose "Import contacts from iPhone."



Once they're in your phone, you can call them! Tap "Friends" to get a list of contacts. When viewing your friend as a contact, you'll see "Call" listed as one of the Actions in their profile.

Press the iPhone App icon for several seconds. It will start jiggling and you should be able to move it around your screen.

Pull Xumii down to the Main Menu, then press the "Home" Button.

Remember that you can make phone calls as well as IM from Xumii, so think of it as your high-powered contacts app from now on!
