Ron replied on March 26, 2009 16:21 to the question "How do I create kwirys with AIM?" in kwiry:
Now you can use kwiry Shortcuts like Netflix, TiVo, Status, etc. right from the Instant Messenger on your computer. If you use Instant Messaging on your phone, you can send in kwirys that way to save some money on text messaging.
Steps to use:
1. Add your AIM ID in the account page.
2. Add "imkwiry" as a buddy/friend to your AIM list.
3. Send a message to imkwiry the same way you'd send in any kwiry via text messaging, e-mail, etc.

Ron replied on March 26, 2009 16:16 to the question "How do I use the kwiry Bookmarklet?" in kwiry:
kwiry's bookmarklet is a way to bookmark sites from the web to save them at kwiry. To use it, either drag and drop it from the kwiry Tools Page to your bookmarks bar or use it from the kwiry Toolbar.
Simply click on the bookmarklet anytime you want to bookmark a site, kwiry will automatically add the URL and title and give you the option to edit or save.

Ron replied on March 20, 2009 05:09 to the idea "Allow non-US addresses" in kwiry:
Apologies about that. As a small start-up, we can't tackle everything at once. Since our text messaging shortcode only works in the US for now, most of our services are optimized for US users which represent the vast majority. We have been trying to add more flexibility for international users, and definitely appreciate the feedback about the states/provinces issue in the status shortcut.

Ron replied on March 17, 2009 05:36 to the question "Can I use kwiry internationally?" in kwiry:
Please check the answer above about how to use kwiry internationally, pasting it again:
kwiry's text messaging short-code only works with US cell providers. For international kwiry users, there are two ways to send in a kwiry:
1. Email kwirys to save@kwiry.com from your phone or your computer. If you email from your phone, you'll need to make sure to add your phone's e-mail address to your account.
2. Use the kwiry Twitter integration. Twitter has short codes in Canada, India, and others. To learn more about our Twitter integration, take a look at the Twitter FAQ.
Hope that helps!

Hi - we don't have a feature currently to recover deleted kwirys. But if there's one that you are particularly interested in, we can see if we might be able to retrieve from back-ups. Please e-mail feedback@kwiry.com and let us know. thanks!

Hi Manoj,
Thanks for your question. also saw your note to our feedback e-mail.
Pasting the answer to this question below, you can also read it here:

Thanks for your interest in the kwiry service. Since we're just getting started though, our text messaging short code number only works with mobile carriers within the US.
There are however a few other ways to send in kwirys.
1. If you have a data plan associated with your phone, you can submit kwirys
by emailing them to save@kwiry.com. You can use a smartphone or use SMS to send to the address. If your phone is able to send to email from SMS, you'll
need to make sure to add your phone's e-mail address to your account
(usually some combination of yourphonenumber@xxx.carriername.com).
2. Another option is to use our twitter integration. Twitter is available in
India, with a shortcode of 5566511. To use kwiry via Twitter, see here for
details:

Thanks again for your interest in kwiry and let us know if there are any
other questions I can answer!
-Ron
