Thanks for your interest in the kwiry service. Since we're just getting started though, our text messaging short code number only works with mobile carriers within the US.
There are however a few other ways to send in kwirys.
1. If you have a data plan associated with your phone, you can submit kwirys
by emailing them to save@kwiry.com. You can use a smartphone or use SMS to send to the address. If your phone is able to send to email from SMS, you'll
need to make sure to add your phone's e-mail address to your account
(usually some combination of yourphonenumber@xxx.carriername.com).
2. Another option is to use our twitter integration. Twitter is available in
India, with a shortcode of 5566511.

You need to add your phone's e-mail to your account as an additional email address here: www.kwiry.com/account
To find out what your phone's email address is, send yourself an e-mail from your phone and see what comes in the "from" field. It should be something like your phone number @ your carrier name.... please let us know if you still have trouble.

Thanks! This probably means that your account is blocked from sending messages to text messaging shortcodes (like kwiry's 59479 or Google's 46645). Can you call T-mobile and ask about this blockage on your account? It's likely something you or the master account holder (or business if it's a work phone) have put in place. Esther - that is strange. We'll definitely investigate. Can you do 2 things to help?
1. Try sending a text message to 46645 (GOOGLE) with anything to see if that works.
2. Send an e-mail to feedback@kwiry.com with your phone number so we can investigate more in-depth?

Hi Steve - sorry about this. We're working with TiVo to try to figure out the issue, but it's related to the "-" in your over-the-air HD channels. Have you successfully scheduled on one of those channels at www.tivo.com? Can you try that and let us know what happens? thanks!
