I have a 4 month old xps m1530 that will not write to disk. After 4/5 calls and a new cd/dvd drive nothing has changed. Was promised a call back at 3pm. Waited till 5pm and no one has called. Very inconsiderate. Seems as though Dell has sent its support overseas. Absolutely no interest in their customers.
