Why did you change the PostBox icon?

Why did you change the PostBox icon? I now this one an actual Postbox but the tray metaphor told me more about Postbox (and I liked it better)! ps1: for those who are wondering what I am talking about the postbox icon changed with the open beta release - on the mac at least... ps2: the software still kicks ass though and is my e-mail client. period.

Ability to quickly assign topics / archive via keyboard shortcuts

One of the things I love about Gmail is how I can quickly navigate through the messages just with keyboard shortcuts - it would be great if we could quickly archive and assign topics to messages (and how about a send and archive button as well) just using keyboard commands.

Hi Scott - nope the topic just disappeared. I've since added other topics and rules and it worked fine. My guess is that Postbox was in a funny state to start with - perhaps it did not finish applying the rule as there were over 50k emails to go through...

Postbox is the e-mail client I want to have! The beta version has some issues but shows much more promise than problems

Topical Problems

Topics - added a topic, created a filter that added the topic to several e-mails (just one rule on the to field), the topic showed up in favorites but did not show the number of unread e-mails and after I closed and opened postbox the topic disappeared (as in it was just not anywhere), while the message filter was there but pointed to a wrong topic

Scrolling

Scrolling - if you set your preference as new e-mails at the bottom of the page the scrolling is weird. As soon as you open a folder it takes you to the top and then (if the folder is big enough 1-2k mails) it will take some time before it scrolls down to where it should be. If the folder is very big (over 10k) it just becomes unusable this way, it takes too long to go back to its place
