I'm not sure what you mean. The spine does not separate from the cover like I think it should.

I recently bought the book _Real_World_Haskell_ from amazon.com. I expected the usual lay flat binding from O'reilly. Even though it says inside the book that it uses the RepKover binding, the book doesn't lay flat. Is this a manufacturing problem, or did O'reilly not bind it using the above technology?
