woohoo! I just deleted my phone and then re-registered and now my text updates are getting through. (I did try this earlier in the week too with no luck so they must have fixed something)

I'm wondering if the rapid expansion - due to all the press it's been geting the past couple of weeks/Chris Moyles banging on about it on the Radio 1 brakfast show, etc, is what's caused the problem? overload. It's very annoying though! I twittered live scores throughout an ice hockey game last weekend and not one text got through. So nobody got any score updates and I wasted a ton of texts

me too, don't know if it's network specific as I have other friends in the UK who are updating successfully by SMS. I'm on Virgin Mobile.

hi - I'm new to Twitter - I have set up my mobile phone so I can update via SMS but it doesn't seem to be working. I send the text message to UK number 07624 801423 (I am also in the UK) and the text message goes through successfully but my Twitter home page doesn't ever show the message. Only the updates I have sent via Web are showing up. Any ideas?
