you need to download print screen,or quick screen capture so you can take a
picture of the picture.
these two pieces of software are totally free,and can be found at the link below

also you should be using the firefox,or seamonkey browser,
as internet explorer is totally unreliable.

people who post pictures on web shots do not have,and cannot say they are copy righted,as they are posting them for the world to see and copy.
if they don't want people using their pictures,then they should not be posting
them on web shots,or flicker.

there is a program you can use called Gadwin PrintScreen

once you open a picture in webshots you will need
to make the picture full screen then hit the print screen key
on your keybord and save the picture to where you want it to be saved.
