Same freekin' thing happened to me...ordered McAfee anti-virus download..call 5 times on problem..never received it!Nobody can speak freakin' english and all they want to do is deliver the speil Dell has programed into them!They sent first link to download..didn't work.I called and they sent me the same damn link again..after I told them it didn't work.I should have bought the HP...Dell customer service SUCKS!!!!!!-

Dell customer service stinks!I ordered a wireless mouse that I already paid for and never rec'd it. I also ordered a laptop and they send me the wrong charger. Their customer service reps can't even speak english!!
