Same freekin' thing happened to me...ordered McAfee anti-virus download..call 5 times on problem..never received it!Nobody can speak freakin' english and all they want to do is deliver the speil Dell has programed into them!They sent first link to download..didn't work.I called and they sent me the same damn link again..after I told them it didn't work.I should have bought the HP...Dell customer service SUCKS!!!!!!-

I am not sure I completely understand your issue. When you say it kept going into sleep mode, do you mean it did this without any input from you, or did it go into sleep when you tried to hibernate or shutdown? -

When I first got my inspiron, it kept going into sleep mode. I had to manually shut down and reboot. I thought it had to do with the new windows vista. Please advise if they resolve it. -

Dell customer service stinks!I ordered a wireless mouse that I already paid for and never rec'd it. I also ordered a laptop and they send me the wrong charger. Their customer service reps can't even speak english!!
