Well, the good news is that no one has EVER lost their data in RescueTime like that. Things to check:
1) Can you make sure that you're looking at the right year? We need better messages-- sometimes a misclick can land you in 2007, where there is obviously no data.
2) Open RescueTime on your computer (the data collector) and make sure you have a correct username and password in it. If you haven't it may take a while for the data to move up-- so once you get your new password in there it should push all the data up to your account.
3) Once you confirm username and password are working, try clicking the advanced tab and hit the "send data now" button there. Again, this might take a while if RT hasn't been communicating lately-- it might even appear to freeze your machine for a minute or so.
If these don't fix it for you, drop us a line with your account email addy at team@rescuetime.com and we'll dig in to see what we can learn!

Rescue time lost my tracking dataRescuetime tracked my time usage for a few days, and now says it has no data for me. I use firefox and have AVG spyware and Windows Defender active. I tagged many sites and that is also now lost.
