How can Drupal shops collaborate ?

Drupal skills are rare and in huge demand. With Drupal 6 localization features, many large companies will adopt Drupal in next 6 months in different parts of the world. For Drupal to continue its growth, there is an urgent need of a collaborative ecosystem where more developers, designers, training companies, etc come on board to service the projected needs.

Obviously, this does need good amount of trust and revenue sharing arrangements between partners and an effort by Drupal Association to make this collaboration happen proactively by ensuring that companies connect.

This is the need of time, not sure how it will happen but it has to happen that different shops start collaborating sooner.
