How to adjust the number of comments per page?
Hello,

I notice that intense debate paginates comments once there are more than some number of comments or some volume of text.
Is it possible to control the number of comments per page?

I'd like about 10 comments per page if possible.

The comments section on my page is not hidden on page load. Why not? I have ID configured to do so.
