In addition... you should add information that many donors will want to know. Such as:
1) Are donations tax deductible?
2) What is SVBC's federal tax ID?
3) Are you a 501(c)(3)?
Even my donation receipt doesn't include this information. There is a vague mention that the letter is my receipt for tax purposes and that no goods or services were received, but nothing about whether it is tax deductible.
I did find one mention that donations are tax deductible deep in the FAQs for bike donations.
