Brian - I updated iPhone software and restarted it today; had much better luck while traveling today - Gowalla was speedier and smarter. Other iPhone users might want to try the same thing. :-)

I am a relatively new user tho it has been very slow for me consistently, whether I am checking on or adding a new location.

iPhone app is not working for me - takes forever for the check in button to verify - I have actually only been able to check in once though I have tried at 4 other locations. Map shows up, looks correct, full signal on my phone, but the verifying ball keeps spinning and never gives me the orange confirmation button.

I had this problem today also - even standing outside in the sun with no buildings around and full signal on my iPhone.

Wailea on your map is showing it on the Big Island of Hawaii, whereas all of the restaurants and lodging suggestions are showing the Wailea that is on Maui. I am currently at the Wailea on Maui tho the map shows the Big Island. Can you fix that please?

OK I double checked and no other apps running. I tried to stream again today and it delayed within 30 secs of starting, ending up for a 30-min broadcast with a 24 minute delay. :-(

I am streaming at a small size with a good connection and nothing else happening on my Nokia. I really want to improve this situation otherwise I won't bother to get the low quality and the non-live results.

Do you think it would help if I re-installed the Qik software?

Hi Nik - Thank you for the fast reply!

I have this Nokia only for Qik. :-) So there should not be any other apps running tho I will check that out. I have never even made a call with it!

I am having stream delays on my Nokia N95. I have gone through all the settings and keep seeing this message but have no idea where to look for the port information? Does this apply to my device? If so, where would I find the settings for it? They do not appear to be under Qik when I am in the application nor in the App Manager for Qik.

I keep getting this error message for the past 2 months and experiencing stream delays of several minutes, from various locations. I have a full battery charge and a full 3G signal on my souped up N95.

I am set to "Maximize for min delay" and 320x240, normal quality.

Can you please explain if this is your servers overloaded or if there is something I can adjust on my phone? It has taken the fun out of things as my live streams are no longer live.

I am having serious Delay problems. The only time I can actually "live" stream is when I am at home on the home internet connection. When I am using the ATT Medianet connection out and about on my new souped up N(%, I get the Delay message for the entire time I am streaming.

I have reduced quality and that does not seem to help.

Can anyone post exact settings for me and do I need to set up something special with ATT?
