A comment on the problem "Phone Hold Time" in Media Temple:
I now understand that there is a 3rd option on the call system... 1. being sales, 2. being technical support (what I've always chosen since it describes what I need) and 3. being to leave a message. I'm glad that this option exists, but I feel that it is very un-intutive. For instance, today I called 3 times, chose tech support each time, and stayed on the line when the estimated hold time was shortest (at 16 minutes). Then, the music started, and never again was I notified of an updated estimated hold time, or the option to leave a message. I was just stuck on hold, with static-y music, for twice as long as the eta... reluctant to hang up because I may have been so close to getting through, but completely in the dark about what was actually going on - what number I was in line, etc. Even more than adding staff, I think that a better automated, more intuitive system would leave your customers far less frustrated – and would probably be more cost effective as well. Now that I know I can leave a message, that is what I will always do. But I still hope that you consider these things for other customers. – Raina Gustafson, on June 19, 2009 20:40

Phone Hold TimeYou guys HAVE to do something about your phone system. There's no reason I should have to wait on hold for a half hour and still not be able to get through. I understand your people are busy – but holding me hostage on the phone and burning through half my cell phone minutes on hold every month is unacceptable. I WILL go somewhere else soon if nothing is done about this. There's no reason I shouldn't be able to reserve a spot in the queue and receive a call back. As a technology provider, I expect you guys to outsmart this issue in a way that leaves your customers feeling that their time is adequately respected.

PayPal upload statement using 'Comma Delimited - Balance Affecting Payments' suddenly not working.I've opened the CSV, and confirmed that the data in the file is good. But when I upload it, FreeAgent is recognizing new transactions but scattering them throughout previous months instead of processing them in the current timeframe - in this case, the past week.

Errant multiple associated explanationsI've got about 13 imported transactions that I cannot delete because errant multiple associated explanations have been applied to them. Every time I try to edit the transaction, another faulty explanation gets applied, multiplying the dollar amount associated with the transaction.
I may need a FreeAgent team member to address this problem at the database level. However, I'd like to see the underlying issue resolved as well.

Cannot manually edit explanationsAll of a sudden, every time I try to edit an explanation and label it a payment, I am not provided with a text input line to describe it, and it is automatically labeled as a transfer to another account.
Last week, everything was working perfectly. Now I feel like I have no control over the explanations at all. What happened? If it's being caused by one of the times that I suggested a group of transactions all receive the same explanation, then I probably won't use that feature in the future at all. I'd rather have to do it manually each time and know that it is correct than have to fight the program trying to override these settings.

I'm pretty sure the Textpattern endpoint listed in the Ma.gnolia resources is incorrect. I have recently used rpc to connect to MarsEdit (which is using metaweblog-compatible technology) with this endpoint:
http://domain.com/rpc/
I would really like to be able to connect my blog and my clients' blogs with Ma.gnolia, so I hope you are able to add metaweblog support soon.
