Facebook Authorization Fails

Facebook publishing does not allow authorization for pages. When page is select, box opens, but nothing is displayed (no buttons, no message, just empty box). Using Mac FF 3.5.

Subfolders of Subfolders Missing

Subfolders of subfolders (Inbox/Company/ACME) are not viewable when using IMAP with Exchange. ACME does not appear in the Subscribe window.
