A comment on the question "Having trouble unmuting myself (host) as well as callers." in TalkShoe:
Bruce, I am simply entering the PIN number in the black box at the bottom of the TALKSHOE LIVE PRO window. Is there another method of confirming my host PIN vs. my alternate caller PIN ID?

Having trouble unmuting myself (host) as well as callers.So, when I launch the show, with Talkshoe Pro, I then proceed to call in via telephone. However, the show logs me in under my alternate user ID and thus, I cannot mute and/or unmute callers. How can I make sure that when I call into my own show, that it recognizes me as the user/host of the show?
