    We've seen this with one other user. From what we've been able to tell, it has to do with browser settings. If could, please send an email to support@filtrbox.com with your browser settings.

    If you are using IE, please tell us what your security level for the internet zone is. Also knowing what version of IE you're on is important.

    If you are using firefox, you can easily export these by going to your address bar and typing 'about:config' and hitting enter (you may get a message warning you to not change these settings, just hit 'ok' as you're just going to be saving them). Once you see the settings, go to File and click Save Page As and send us that file.

    If you are using Chrome, there is a similar export, reached by typing about:stats and about:version. Sending us an export of those files would be appreciated.

    Finally, if you are using Safari, please open up your preferences and list the settings on your security tab.

    We'll work with you and figure out what is going on. Thank you for providing the feedback to us.

    Hi Joel, my name is Ryan and I'm one of the developers at Filtrbox. I also happen to be one of the developers who is working on our RESTful API. We're hoping to have it out in a limited beta within a month, with wide release following quickly thereafter. If there are specific features you're interested in or would like to participate in the beta, send me an email at ryan AT filtrbox DOT com
