Ryan's dashboard

I installed Foxmarks for Safari, and almost everything has gone without a hitch. However, a large group of my bookmarks do not show up online. If you look at the image, all of the bookmarks under the "Collections" heading have synced, i.e. the ones in my toolbar and the menubar dropdown. The ones under "Bookmarks" do not sync. The only way to get to these in Safari is by going to Bookmarks->Show all bookmarks (opt-cmd-b). I checked where the bookmarks are stored in ~/Library/Safari/Bookmarks.plist and they are in that file, so I'm not sure why they don't sync. Thanks.
