We've done some testing and can't seem to replicate the issue - we receive the emails/notices with the URL, and, when we click on them, we are successfully taken to the video even with the word 'view' in the link. I've been told that this is likely a custom domain issue on your end. If you feel this is not the case, please write the help desk directly as I'm going to be away for about a week.

This isn't possible with the current chat system - it was always kept very basic as the intention was for it to be something temporary until a fuller, cooler chat system is released in about 2-3 weeks time. Keep an eye on owners.socialgo.com for updates!

I placed this issue on our report at the time it was reported - things some times take time not because of how difficult it might be to fix, but because of the sequence it was placed in terms of resolving things in order of importance. I will re-submit this and follow up on it. I don't know why it's taken so long if you reported it months even before this! Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. I apologize for not seeing this until now - I've been working from a new email the past 4 weeks or so and have recently just updated my getsat profile with it, so I didn't receive initial notice you followed up on this until now.

Thanks for the update - I'm using the latest Firefox, which is 5.0 I believe, and I've no problems with using the Profile Designer. I'd suggest if you have the time or way to maybe upgrade your browser - this should allow you to change colors without manually typing it in!

Hi Manpreet,

The block quotes is just the way the system is defaulted to quote text - this is common among message boards. If you would like to remove the block quotes when quoting someone, you can click the 'HTML' view button when replying and remove the block and add your own form of quotation.

When the new billing system rolls out you will be able to restrict certain members from viewing photos and videos; however, it has to be one or the other - there is no way to provide users with a limited access to said areas of the site - one either has access to it or they don't. What you suggest is great though, and I'm sure it's something we're considering for the future.

There has been a lot of feedback in terms of making the forums more feature-laden, and we are listening intently. I agree Vbulletin makes a great message board, and hopefully we will see some extra features in the SG forums in the future. Thanks for the feedback.
