Same problem here. It says I'm following when i click the follow button, but then when i return to my homepage I'm not following anymore people. It also doesn't let me change the "get device updates" status on people. Makes me darn mad!

Can't add people to follow and SMS updates won't change.

My twitter won't allow me to follow anymore people and it won't let me change the status of device updates for people I am following.

My phone works fine with Short code SMS and it is all set up for twitter. I've even tweeted using it.
