Why is my Tumblr Log giving me the message "We're having issues locating the IntenseDebate account for this blog. Please email our support team for assistance." when IntenseDebate has attempted to install? In attempting to solve this problem I have seen others having issues with special characters in their passwords. This I could fix. I have an underscore in my username - is this what's causing my problem?
