Every teachers have a different way of delivering their message. And as a human we are unique in way how we learn and absorb information. So some people might prefer Teacher A, and others might prefer Teacher B.

Some may disagree on this, but it is a fact. Majority of our customers are highly satisfied with our service. What you see here does not reflect MindValley way of doing business.
Some organization does not entertain complaints made outside of their channel of communication. But we go all out, search for any customer under duress and address their issues. It shows our passion for service. ;)

I am sorry if I sound like I am blaming anybody. That was not my intention. I am looking forward to solve anyone issues amicably.
When I mean I don't receive an email, I mean to sabri@mindvalley.com which is an email or communication totally under my control.
The package although have a return receipt but someone else might receive it and did not notify me. The same for other email address.
I admit this situation is far from ideal and totally not our customer fault. They should be able to contact us and someone respond with any means of communication they wish. I am trying very hard to set this standard and process in place. (if you would like to help me do this, do email me so I can investigate which address you/your bank are using so that I can make sure it never happened again)
Again, I apologize for this less than ideal solution. But I assure you that we are very committed in giving the best experience to our customer. I can guarantee this so far if customer contact me directly at sabri@mindvalley.com . I look forward in setting the same standard across all other channel of communication.
At the end of the day, we will make sure every customers' issue are resolved.
I am sorry for all the inconvenience caused, I look forward in giving our customer a more enjoyable life changing experience. :)
